About the role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be supporting all the marketing collateral needed by the team. You will be reporting directly to the Production Manager and proactively collaborating with the production team to make sure that all designs are observed.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to produce a range of digital and offline content such as designing Facebook ads, landing pages, e-commerce website designs, printed collateral, and building HTML5 digital display assets.
- Come up with innovative design solutions, insights, and feedback as a valuable member of the team.
- Deliver and execute creative ideas in refining the company branding.
- Deliver graphic design services in accordance with client time and budget constraints and ensure that graphics for clients are of the highest possible standard.
- Be welcome to any feedback or critique of your work.
- Work with the team to conceptualise the brand and provide better insights to improve the process.
- Create animation and video edits.
- Do some adjustments to designs whenever needed as well as create designs from scratch but not all the time.
Position Prerequisites
- Has 5 to 8 years of experience in digital design.
- Has experience supporting digital marketing agencies, or any related industries.
- In-depth experience in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience in creating designs for both digital and print.
- Ability to conceptualise design up until execution.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and someone who can work independently.
- Has work-from-home experience.
- Has worked for a Western agency.
- Has worked as the sole or small team designer where they have full responsibility for understanding a brief, conceptualising it, and being responsible for all delivery.
- Has used and is comfortable with time tracking software & understands they review it daily.
Nice to have
- Experience in using HTML5.
- Premiere Pro.
- After Effects.

- Good communication skills and managing expectations through proactive communication with your manager.
