About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager who has the hunger and desire to work with clients in helping them improve their acquisition marketing campaign performance and works closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, this individual will help with account management, campaign strategies, provide tactical optimisations, and multi-channel reporting and attribution. This individual will contribute to the paid media service offering from an awareness, strategic, and sales perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in directly managing clients and paid advertising campaigns including SEM & Social and have a sound understanding of tracking. The candidate may also have to collaborate with other channels of the business like SEO, Development teams, UX design, and the Sales team. To succeed in this role, you will need to be data-driven, creative, highly motivated, have analytical skills, and have a positive-fun attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage client campaigns from start to finish
- Manage performance campaigns across multiple verticals & countries
- Maintain day-to-day contact with clients and team members
- Be able to optimise accounts to achieve client KPIs & business objectives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance and insight reports including communicating key insights & recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to achieve business goals.
- Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing around processes of how work is allocated, approved, amended, and tracked within the team
- Collaborate and communicate with the internal team on projects/clients where there is a crossover of services
- Improve knowledge & abilities by keeping up with the latest SEM and paid media trends
Position Prerequisites
- Experience in client/stakeholder management and creating campaign proposals for clients.
- Experience in implementing campaigns and giving insights to clients according to reports.
- Experience in technology such as Google Ads, Editor, and Analytics.
- Experience in the management of performance campaigns across multiple verticals & countries
- Ability to confidently liaise with clients in different countries and excellent communication skills - oral and written.
