  • Seeking for Loan Processor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in processing client-provided documents in compliance with mortgage broker or bank department requirements in Australia.
  • The company is an up-and-coming digital marketing agency whose vision is to create measurable and sustainable marketing outcomes for their clients.
  • The offer is inclusive of a laptop + Internet allowance + HMO for you and your dependent within the first month (with Covid insurance coverage)
  • The ideal candidate's workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
  • PHP 45,000 – PHP 55,000 per month
  • 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Manila Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for verifying client-provided documents for compliance, accurately reflecting their financial position, ensuring efficient data entry, and timely submitting loan applications, all aimed at providing a seamless and efficient experience for clients and lenders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that supporting documents received from a client comply with the company’s supporting documents checklist requirements in the company's system.
  • Ensure that supporting documents received from a client accurately reflect their current financial position.
  • Accurately input client information into the company's system.
  • Prepare the application pack to be sent to clients.
  • Submit the loan application to the lender.
  • Verify supporting documents received from clients using company's checklist.
  • Perform data entry in the company's systems.
  • Arrange valuations and pricing discounts.
  • Make follow-up calls to lenders regarding application status and post-settlement checks.
  • Complete various forms such as discharge, variation, and application forms.
  • Follow up and resolve Missing Information Requests.
  • Review approval letters and prepare email templates.
  • Complete online amendments.
  • Conduct checks on loan documents.

 

Position Prerequisites

Experience

  • Experience being accountable and responsive when working in a small team environment such as a small business
  • Long tenure in the same role
  • Experience working in the home loans department of a bank or with a mortgage broker

 

Skills

  • Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Possess a good level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail.
  • Display strong organisational skills.
  • Show the ability to stay focused for a prolonged period of time.

  • Self-motivated, able to read and understand a brief fully, and clarify/confirm direction.
