About the Role

As a Paid Ads Specialist you will oversee Paid Ads accounts for a diverse portfolio of client accounts in-home services, transportation logistics, legal services, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies.
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Keyword research and management to optimise bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords).
  • Optimise bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
  • Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share, and other important metrics).
  • Generate actionable insights from data to improve cost per lead, conversion rate, click-through rate, and number of leads.
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients, analysing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators.
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures for all PPC-related tasks writing and editing SOPs.

 

Position Prerequisites

  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Ads across a variety of platforms.
  • Experience in service-based industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics/ Google Ads/ Bing / Paid Social Media Platforms.
  • Has participated in campaigns run for US-based companies.
  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter.
  • Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills.
  • Creative Thinking.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Research and problem-solving skills.
  • Has performed any client-facing role/tasks in the past.
  • Experienced with running Google Ads Experiments.
  • Have Google Adwords certifications or be willing to recertify during onboarding.
  • Experience with tools such as SEMRUSH or similar tools for optimisation purposes.

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO).

Shift Time  

  • 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Colombia Time, Monday to Friday.
  • Required to work during Colombian public holidays.
