About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role will report to the Global Marketing Director and support our marketing efforts across Australia, Europe, and North America. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing advertising campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Create content for websites, emails, and PPC accounts.
  • Assist with updating WordPress websites.
  • Assist with updating Salesforce CRM
  • Understand B2B, B2C, and B2B2C digital marketing.
  • Manage website and PPC accounts to ensure lead generation performance.
  • Monitor and analyse data to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the budget for all digital marketing activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust digital marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Support other eCommerce ventures in the wider business with cross-functional collaboration.

 

About You

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are a natural collaborator and can effectively work with cross-functional teams. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you can use your analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Overall, you are a team player who is enthusiastic about digital marketing and has a strong desire to make an impact in a growing organization.

 

Position Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or Advertising
  • Google Ads certified
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the high-tech sector
  • Solid experience in a variety of digital marketing strategies beyond SEO
  • Strong experience in updating content and implementing strategies in digital marketing
