About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities include coordinating project tasks and supporting the team, ensuring accurate and reliable database management. Collaborating with the Partners and Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist in implementing initiatives, preparing emails, and monitoring their effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage social media accounts, and the website, and collaborate on content creation, while also maintaining a content library for future use.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage and update the database to support the integrity of the firm’s various databases.
  • Liaise with partners and wider teams regularly to ensure the database is constantly updated with new prospects, clients, etc.
  • Work closely with Partners and our Digital Marketing Manager to support the firm’s various initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare emails for sending and help monitor the effectiveness.
  • Maintain the communications plan.
  • Assist with data management and serve as the point of contact for the wider team and key stakeholders collaborating on tasks.
  • Support in the management of social media accounts, website, and content schedule.
  • Support and collaborate on content writing and help perform quality-control editing and proofreading.
  • Help maintain a content library so that documentation is easily accessible by the wider business for future use.

 

About You

The ideal candidate should possess the capability to work both independently and collaboratively across various projects. They should demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders and teams. Additionally, a keen eye for design and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued attributes for this role.

 

Position Prerequisites

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator in a B2B environment. 
  • Experience or a detailed understanding of email marketing, social media, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge or experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Canva would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in a database management role is essential, and previously working with a marketing or communications team would be an advantage.
