About the Role

As a Solar Designer, you are responsible for creating solar and battery quotes. You will provide support to the sales team and make sure that designs created are personalised and are suited to the customer’s needs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• To generate a high volume of solar quotes using our design tools.
• Work autonomously and efficiently to create the ideal solar solutions for customers.
• The role is not customer-facing and does not require phone calls to customers. However, you should be comfortable working independently and communicating with the team regularly.

About You

You have strong computer skill, has exemptional attention to detail, and you are not afraid to voice out your ideas and should be a fast learner.

Position Prerequisites

• Preferably with technical Australian solar design skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow design procedures and suggest process improvements.
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to achieve and excel in a KPI-driven environment.
