About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be working with operations leadership to define the business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging CRM and Marketing Automation (MA) systems such as Pardot, Marketo, and Hubspot.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Working with a project team to configure Salesforce to meet the needs of customers.
  • Using technical experience and best practices to design, configure, implement, and customise systems.
  • Configuring Salesforce to integrate with various systems according to best practices.
  • Aligning Salesforce to support sales and customer success processes.
  • Analysing sales operational processes to identify and recommend efficiencies.
  • Ensuring the quality of all systems implementations and updates by thorough testing.
  • Managing multiple projects that are delivered on time.

 

Certificates/Training

  • Certified Salesforce administrator - with more than basic administration knowledge.

 

Systems and Tech Stack Used

 

  • Experience working with common salesforce developer marketing automation systems such as Hubspot, DocuSign, and CPQ certification.

 

Position Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with Salesforce.com - specifically on behalf of sales teams.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience collaborating with or working directly with a major marketing automation platform such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot.
  • Experience with project management and/or consulting is an advantage.
  • Experience partnering with the sales operations team with more than 10 members is an advantage.
  • Must have experience working across multiple teams and clients, often switching contexts to keep projects moving forward in parallel.
  • Experience as a platform ad builder or math administrator.

Skills

  • Good communication with complex ideas.
  • Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people.
  • Someone who can organise and can document what he/she is doing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the time due that he/she will be assigned to different clients.

Shift Time

  • 10 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday (Work from Home)
