About the Role

As a Sales Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and overseeing roadmaps for some of the most successful and interesting tech start-ups around the world. You will work with clients to align their tech stack with sales processes. This includes everything from the lead follow-up to CPQ implementation.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work with clients to understand how their sales teams work, identify areas of improvement, and help guide them to a better way of working.
  • Interview all stakeholders (from executives to individual contributors) to gain a deep understanding of their current state and their needs.
  • Design new processes and document the systems changes required to accommodate those processes, then pass your process designs to the company’s admin team to build.
  • Work with clients to understand what data they need to receive from their CRM and other systems, then work with admins to ensure that reports and dashboards surface that data.
  • Test the finished products you receive from administrators to confirm that they work as expected and meet the company’s high-quality standards.
  • Create documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure that our clients understand and adopt what you design.


Systems Used

  • Experience working with common SaaS sales tools like, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, LeanData, etc.


Position Prerequisites

  • More than 3 years of professional experience, preferably as a consultant or member of a Sales Operations team.
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge and experience; certifications are a huge plus.
  • Experience working with common SaaS sales tools like, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, LeanData, etc.
  • Ability to map business process flows, and data models; take requirements for other team members to execute.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills internally and with external clients.
  • Adaptable, curious, and a lifelong learner—we’re growing quickly and need your flexibility.
  • High attention to quality and detail.
