About the Role

As the eCommerce Manager, you will own the development and strategy for online advertising and digital marketing. You'll collaborate closely with senior clients and agency representatives, to guide and develop artistic production with innovative interactive tools, fresh visual graphics, and effective ideas. Moreover, you will develop a strong understanding of your clients and agencies to redefine the digital world.

Among your many attributes, you are persuasive, gregarious, a natural leader and skilled at solving problems and explaining complex issues. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills at the senior level as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business. You're particularly adept at collaborating with various elements putting new creations into the digital realm.

Your knowledge of agency management, eCommerce knowledge combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and innovative digital ideas will be. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide strategy, ideation, art direction and planning. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore, and uncover the artistic needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Degree in marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.
  • High level of business acumen and commercial awareness and motivated by the ability to work towards metrics and targets.
  • Have worked for fashion or luxury e-commerce related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of eCommerce measurements.
  • Have communicated with warehouse, development, and paid marketing, creative/brand teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and techniques related to web merchandising and/or online retailing.
  • Thorough understanding of web design and web analysis.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing channels.

 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
  • Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Identify and formulate plans to guide the brands' digital strategy and business growth using levers across digital marketing, website optimization, merchandising and operational/logistical planning.
  • Communicate with other departments within the agency such as the account services team, media team, creative team, and development team to improve the service offering for clients.
  • Remain current on industry developments and translate this knowledge into strategic guidance for the clients.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to improve website performance.
  • Assist in managing all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
  • Research market to discover new trends and technologies.
